Our products are produced and dispatched from China. Production takes 2 business days.

• Standard shipping: US$6.99; estimated transit time is 10–15 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited shipping: US$12.99; estimated transit time is 7–10 business days after dispatch.
• Orders of US$99 or more qualify for free standard shipping to supported worldwide destinations. Import duties and import taxes are borne by BigFamGift.
• Personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect or missing items. We arrange a free replacement; if we cannot provide one, we refund the affected item, subject to applicable consumer rights.
