Using our store

These terms apply to your use of bigfamgift.com and purchases from BigFamGift. When placing an order, you must have the legal capacity required to make that purchase, or act with the permission of a person who has that capacity. Provide accurate order, contact and delivery information.

Personalization and product information

Review the product description, available options and any personalization details before submitting your order. You are responsible for the names, text, photos and other materials you submit and must have the rights or permission needed for us to use them to produce your order. We use submitted personalization materials to process and fulfill the requested product, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to describe products and options accurately. Screen settings and the manufacturing process may affect the appearance of an image on a device, but this does not excuse goods that fail to match the agreed description or your applicable consumer rights.

Prices and payment

Prices and available payment methods are displayed on the store and at checkout. Review the currency, product total, shipping charge and any other amount displayed before payment. Payment must be completed before we begin producing and dispatching the order. If we identify a pricing or availability problem, we will contact you to resolve it. If an order cannot be fulfilled, payment for the unfulfilled item will be refunded.

Production, shipping and taxes

Products are produced and dispatched from China. Production takes 2 business days. Shipping options, transit estimates, free standard shipping and import-duty responsibility are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Order changes, returns and remedies

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Requests for personalized orders can only be accepted before production begins, subject to applicable law. Change-of-mind returns for personalized items are excluded, but remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items remain available. Our Return & Refund Policy explains the process and forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the store to submit unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access. Store content, branding and product designs are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in those materials.

Shopify services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. With Shopify Network Intelligence enabled, Shopify uses information from your interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify to provide Enhanced Services, including personalization, advertising and fraud protection. Information may be shared with Shopify and relevant providers in other countries. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal for Shopify data choices.

Our Privacy Policy explains the collection, use and sharing of personal information associated with the store and our services.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. We will work with you to resolve order and service problems. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protections or other mandatory laws applicable to you require otherwise. Nothing in these terms deprives you of mandatory rights or access to a court or authority available under the laws of your habitual residence.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future orders. The terms applicable to a purchase are those provided when that purchase is made, together with any mandatory legal protections. Contact support@bigfamgift.com with questions or complaints.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase. The service procedures and timeframes below do not shorten any longer statutory rights or claim periods.
